Exchange & Return Policy

1. No Open Package before delivery: Customers cannot open the product before receiving it. This is communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
2. Exchange & Return Period: Customers may request an exchange or return within 24 hours of receiving their order in the following cases:
3. The color received differs from the color ordered.
4. The product has a manufacturing defect.
5. The customer receives a different product than the one ordered.
6. How to Request an Exchange or Return: Customers must contact us within the specified period and provide clear photos of the product along with their order number to explain the issue.
7. Product Condition: The product must remain in its original condition, unused, and without any damage caused by the customer.
8. Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and its condition is checked. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
9. Exchanges: An exchange fee of EGP 60 applies. The replacement product will be prepared and shipped to reach the customer within 3 business days.
10. Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Products: If a manufacturing defect is found or the customer receives a product different from the one ordered, the case will be reviewed and the appropriate solution will be determined.

لا تتوفر خدمة المعاينة قبل استلام المنتج، ويتم توضيح ذلك للعميل قبل تأكيد الطلب.

يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الأوردر في الحالات التالية:

اختلاف اللون عن اللون الذي تم طلبه.

وجود عيب في التصنيع.

استلام منتج مختلف عن المنتج المطلوب.

يجب التواصل معنا خلال المدة المحددة وإرسال صور واضحة للمنتج مع رقم الطلب لتوضيح المشكلة.

يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، دون استخدام أو تلف ناتج عن العميل.

في حالة الاسترجاع، يتم رد المبلغ بعد استلام المنتج والتأكد من حالته، بعد خصم مصاريف الشحن.

في حالة الاستبدال، يتم خصم 60 جنيهًا كمصاريف للاستبدال، ويتم تجهيز وشحن المنتج البديل ليصل إلى العميل خلال 3 أيام عمل.

في حالة وجود عيب في التصنيع أو استلام منتج مختلف عن المطلوب، يتم مراجعة الحالة وتحديد الإجراء المناسب.
